CLIPPERS TRADE CAMBY FOR BLAKE AND OUTLAW

The Portland Trail Blazers have acquired the Clippers' Marcus Camby, the center they've desperately needed since they lost both Greg Oden and Joel Przybilla to season-ending injuries. In return, Los Angeles receives point guard Steve Blake and small forward Travis Outlaw.Portland will also send $1.5 million to Los Angeles in the trade and is responsible for $2 million in incentives Camby will earn before season's end, sources told ESPN The Magazine's Ric Bucher today. All three players traded are in the final years of their respective deals.

"I think it's a great situation for myself. It's a first-class organization that really takes care of their own," Camby said. "I hope I can bring my knowledge of the game, and blend in these last 27 games. I'm really excited to be here."

Sources told ESPN.com Tuesday that Iverson's agent, Leon Rose, was traveling to Las Vegas to arrange a meeting with the Clippers as the next step in the process of finding a new home for Iverson, the former MVP and four-time scoring champion who is an unrestricted free agent.
