So where did the idea to do a time lapse come from?

The thought just came to me, It felt like a good idea immediately. I was starting a new painting, just finished gessoing my panel and I thought about how people ask me about my process. Why don't I just record the process and create a video? I thought to myself. The vid is like a trip to my studio, you know? My boy Pom helped me with the creation of this video and it came out great. I think lots of people that are amazed by art naturally ask "how do they do that?" ...for people that wonder about my process this is sort of an answer.
