J. BANNON - POSEIDON & HEPHAESTUS

The "Poseidon/Hephaestus" pieces by J. Bannon were commissioned by and made for the Tradition Art Show "Public Domain" in Los Angeles. These were inspired by Jim Phillips' "Jason Jesse" Mini skateboard art and created specifically for display at the event. This is a project we've been meaning to get off the ground for quite some time now, since the close of the "Public Domain" Art Show. These are really over the top, but that was the intention. Extremely limited in amount, incredibly massive in size. Not for everyone, but for those that it appeals to, will know immediately.

Measuring in at a massive 30"W X 60"H, the pieces were created using a variety of media including oils, gouache, and pen & ink. These varying medias bring to life this iconic/ominous figures in a truly unique and haunting way. The sheer size of the print is also stunning, adding a whole new dimension to the work. Presented as Museum quality Giclee prints, each one is outputted on an Archival paper stock in a limited edition of 30. Each Giclee print is hand signed and numbered by the artist.

Available now from the Deathwish Estore.
