Lou and Armand from the NYHC band Sick of it All break down the songs on their upcoming album, Based on a True Story. These guys have been churning out true NY hardcore since the mid '80's and it is great to see that they are still at it. The first US tour and the first European tour with my band Strife was with these guys, and we have remained friends ever since!
