CLIPPERS KAMAN NAMED TO ALL-STAR TEAM
Los Angeles Clippers center Chris Kaman was named to the Western Conference All-Star team, replacing Portland Trail Blazers guard Brandon Roy, who has an injured right hamstring. The game, Feb. 14 in Dallas, will be Kaman's All-Star debut. He is averaging a career-high 20.2 points and 9.0 rebounds while shooting 50 percent from the field. Kaman is the first Clippers player to be chosen to the All-Star Game since Elton Brand in 2006.
