LAMAR ODOM GETS ENGAGED TO KHLOE KARDASHIAN

You may have heard that Lamar Odom isn't a free agent off the court either. After a whirlwind six-week courtship, the Lakers forward is engaged to be married to reality TV star Khloe Kardashian. "Khloe and Lamar want to get married before Lamar has to go away for training, and the season starts up [this fall]," a source told Us Weekly. "They are hoping to pull together a wedding within the next few weeks so they can get married and have a honeymoon."

Kim Kardashian, Khloe's more famous sister, seems happy about the union. "They're very, very happy and they are literally inseperable. Khloe thinks he's amazing and makes her laugh and smile constantly."

The reality star plans to marry Odom this Sunday in the Los Angeles area, multiple sources confirmed to people.com. The ceremony is being thrown together so quickly that guests are being notified by phone that formal invitations will arrive this week, the sources add.
